6. $400 Donation
$400 Donation - Charitable Tax Credit Law allows contributions up to $400 to Qualified Charitable Organizations to be deducted directly from AZ State Income Tax Liability subject to certain rules. Itemize on your current AZ income tax return. Itemized on at least one of your AZ returns since 1966. Total charitable contributions this year must exceed your 1996 total contributions by $400.
